Originally from Grand Rapids, Michigan; Travel Vlogger & TV Personality – James Wallington, is a self proclaimed adventurist and reality TV enthusiast who suffers from a chronic case of wanderlust. At a very young age, he quickly earned the nickname “Mr. Hollywood” for his ambitious nature and burning desire to one day live in the City of Angels. By the age of twenty, the desire was far too strong to keep James in Michigan and ultimately decided to make the big move to Los Angeles.

 

Due to James’ passion for entertainment and media, he instantly thrived in the industry. He’s worked as a celebrity personal assistant, seasonal performer at Universal Studios Hollywood (Horror Nights & Grinchmas), Red Carpet Host for Popular Press Media Group (PPMG) and has been an Assistant Event Coordinator for both Solano888Productions and Bella Dawn Event Planning. In January of 2013, he joined the AfterBuzzTV team and has hosted AfterShows for The Biggest Loser, Get Out Alive with Bear Grylls, Survivor, Big Brother, The Amazing Race and CW’s Capture.

 

Besides being a jack of all trades in the entertainment industry, James is also known for his appearance on the CW Network. In the Summer of 2013, James and his sister, Rebecca, competed as the Lime Team on the CW’s reality competition show “Capture”. This dynamic sibling duo was featured in five out of the ten episodes before ultimately being voted out because they were seen as sneaky and strong strategic players.

 

One day James hopes to have his own travel show where he’ll bridge gaps and influence change in communities across the world.
